Heart-Centered Coaching

My approach is grounded in a fundamental and profound trust that life inherently evolves in the direction of fulfillment. I used to wish there was someone I could talk to, someone I deeply respected, who I could trust, and who would be there for me to help me on my inner journey.  This is what I offer through my sessions.

Everyone is so unique and everyone's journey is so different. I work intuitively, feeling into what direction to focus our attention, and sensing when an issue feels charged or inadequately addressed. But I respect that nobody knows yourself better than you, and I encourage my clients to trust themselves. My intention is not just to help you during our sessions, but also to empower you with tools and perspective so you can continue your inner process alone.

My work helps you develop the ability to be aware of what you are feeling, to tune into it, and to allow it to have its effect on you. I offer a loving space to unravel your heart and mind as well as assistance in tuning in to your inner life. By bringing your attention to the present moment through your breath, your body, and your feelings, I help you contact your immediate felt experience in the now. With wakeful presence we can allow whatever is going on in you to unfold, express itself, be understood, and heal.

I studied Transpersonal Coaching with Ralph and Tamara Wilms at the Transpersonal Academy. I am not identified with any spiritual or religious tradition. I have deeply studied within a mystical tradition of Sufism known as the Inayati Order International, and I have also studied within and been strongly influenced by the Diamond Approach, as taught by A.H. Almaas. Today, life is my teacher. I learn from everyone I encounter and every circumstance in life.

Sessions are planned for 60 minutes, and take place over the phone or video call. Face-to-Face meetings can be arranged for those who live in and around Bern.

When we work together we find a price that suits both of us.

“Sometimes being real means allowing pain or accepting a painful truth. Yet something in us aligns with an inner ground of authenticity when we are real. We love it because of its inherent rightness in our soul, the sense of 'Aha, here I am and there is nothing to do but be'."
